I've been thinking a lot about the impact of trauma on those who were there that night on South Tennyson Street. Witnesses reported seeing a man fire around 10 shots before speeding away, which must have been such a terrifying experience for everyone present. I can’t help but feel for those individuals who were caught in the chaos. Not only did they witness something truly horrible, but they're left grappling with the aftermath and their own safety in the neighborhood. It's so essential for the community to rally around each other during times like these, offering support and understanding. I really hope the Denver PD can make progress soon, not only for the sake of justice but also to help the community regain a sense of peace. It's distressing to know that families, including that of young Fabian Medina, are without closure. We must keep raising awareness and sharing any information that might help solve this case. #JusticeForFabian #CommunityStrength
I'm truly saddened by the story of Fabian Medina and Jose Contreras. It’s difficult to understand how such violence can erupt so suddenly and take the lives of an innocent teenager and a man who, I'm sure, had his own story to tell. What's odd to me is how witnesses reportedly saw someone fire ten shots and then drive off in a white sedan, yet no arrest was made immediately. It’s perplexing how, with so many witnesses, justice seems out of reach for the families of Fabian and Jose. This community deserves answers and some form of closure. It’s troubling to think that someone who can commit such an act is still out there without any accountability. I really hope that anyone with information comes forward to help the investigation, as these families deserve to know what happened to their loved ones.
