I can't stop thinking about those 10 minutes between Torrez walking away and him coming back. What's running through someone's mind during that time? Was there a moment where things could've de-escalated? It must be incredibly tough for Samantha’s family and friends knowing there were moments that might have changed the outcome. Also, I've been wondering about the driver who rushed Samantha to the hospital. What a terrifying experience that must have been. I hope they’re getting the support they need. It's situations like these that remind us how quickly everything can change. Here's hoping the CSPD gets the information they need to bring Torrez to justice and provide some peace to everyone affected by this tragic event.
