The details surrounding the murder of Tyriq Xavier Smith baffled many of us following the case. There’s an aspect I’ve been pondering over lately—the timeline of events leading up to that tragic moment. Tyriq was last seen by his close friends attending a get-together the evening before everything changed. From what I've gathered, he seemed to be in great spirits, sharing laughter and talking about his future plans with his music label, "Big Plays Only." What strikes me is how his vibrant energy and positivity were never seen as anything but genuine by the people around him. It makes me wonder if there was anyone at that gathering who noticed anything unusual—perhaps a shift in Tyriq’s demeanor, an odd conversation, or someone unfamiliar lingering. If any of you have thoughts or details, no matter how small, please share. The smallest piece might help bring clarity and justice for Tyriq and his loved ones who are undoubtedly feeling this immense loss. Stay safe, everyone.

Hey everyone, I’ve been doing a deep dive into Tyriq Xavier Smith’s case, and something that caught my attention was his clothing line and music label, “Big Plays Only.” It seems like he was on the brink of something big with BPO. I can’t help but think that his passion for these ventures says so much about who he was. Ty seemed to pour so much of his heart and soul into his work, and I wonder if there are any ongoing efforts to keep his vision alive? Maybe friends or family are continuing what he started. It would be such a beautiful way to honor his memory and ensure his dreams don’t fade away with him. If anyone knows more about what’s happening with BPO now, I’d love to hear about it. It feels important to continue celebrating his creative legacy. Sending so much love to Ty’s family and friends. His spirit clearly touched many lives.
