Hey everyone, I've been following the Geronimo Alvarado case closely and was particularly struck by the role of the surveillance footage in nailing down Julian Rivera as the culprit. The fact that Rivera was captured on video spending only a few seconds in the victim's hotel room speaks volumes. It's chilling to think how rapidly events unfolded and how crucial those few seconds were in the investigation. My heart goes out to Alvarado's family—facing such an abrupt loss must be incredibly difficult. On another note, massive respect to the hotel staff and security team for promptly handing over the footage to the authorities. Their cooperation likely played a pivotal part in Rivera's swift apprehension. It’s a reminder of how vital surveillance can be in piecing together crimes and helping families see justice served. Would love to hear what others think about the role of surveillance in cases like this! Stay safe out there.
