I've been following the Greg Garcia case for some time now, and it’s just so unsettling to think about what his family has gone through. I can't imagine the pain of losing a loved one so suddenly, especially in such a violent manner. I wanted to take a moment to highlight the dedication of the Pueblo Police Department and all the investigators involved. It seems like they really worked tirelessly to ensure justice was served for Greg. Gathering the necessary evidence to convict Sonny Sanchez must have been no easy task. Their diligence ensured that Sanchez wouldn't just walk free, and this brings at least some relief knowing that he's been held accountable. Even with the sentencing, nothing can bring Greg back, but I hope his family finds some comfort in the knowledge that the person responsible is paying for what he did. It’s so important that we acknowledge the efforts of those who work behind the scenes to bring these cases to justice. My thoughts are with Greg's family and friends as they continue to navigate through this unimaginable loss.
