Did anyone else read about the surveillance footage that was supposedly reviewed during the investigation of Tyler Lewis’s case? It’s so perplexing how, with all the cameras on campus these days, they haven’t publicly released any images or details from that night. I can’t help but feel for Tyler’s family, especially when there seems to be a lack of transparency surrounding the evidence (or lack thereof). You’d think, with something as critical as a murder, there would have been more effort to capture at least some part of the incident on camera. Has anyone heard if there was any other CCTV footage examined, like from nearby businesses or streets? Seems like a basic step, and yet we’ve heard almost nothing in that regard. It must be so incredibly frustrating for Tyler's loved ones to feel like they're fighting an uphill battle for information.
Hey everyone,
I've been following Tyler Lewis's case closely, and I keep thinking about the role the campus played in all of this. It really worries me that even on college grounds, where safety should be a priority, something like this could happen. I can't imagine what Tyler's family is going through, especially knowing they trusted the school to be a safe place for him.
I've read that Tyler's family is taking legal action against the university for not providing adequate security measures. This makes me wonder if there were any warning signs or previous incidents on campus that were overlooked. Universities need to create safer environments for their students, and hearing about this tragedy just reinforces that.
If anyone has more info about the security policies at the University at Buffalo, I'd be really interested to hear about it. We need to push for better safety standards and hold institutions accountable to prevent future tragedies like this.
Sending strength to Tyler’s family in their search for justice.
