Given the peculiar circumstances surrounding the disappearance of Frankie Braddy, his brother Timothy, and their friends Korina and Samantha, what stands out to me is the choice to go out on stolen skiffs. I've been following this case and find it puzzling. Were any witnesses at the party who might have recalled their demeanor or conversations that could offer more insight into their mindset that night? There also seems to be some discussion around the unreliable weather reports that night. Long shot, but has anyone delved into that angle or know more about the conditions they might have faced on the water? It's just hard to grasp why they'd take such a risk.
