Hi everyone,
I've been thinking a lot about the wrongful death lawsuit filed by Cristal Cervantes' estate. It seems like such a critical piece of the puzzle, yet it almost raises more questions than it answers. The lawsuit apparently targets the City of Las Vegas, which hints at some level of accountability beyond just the individuals who committed this tragic act. I'm curious about what specific actions (or inactions) by the city or its officials might have contributed to this nightmare.
Does anyone have any insight into similar cases where a city was held liable? It just seems like there's a significant layer of complexity here. Hoping that justice is served for Cristal and her loved ones in whatever form that might take.
Sending thoughts and support to all those affected. ?️
I've been following the tragic case of Cristal Cervantes from New Mexico, and something that really stands out to me is how little information has been shared about the people responsible. It's incredibly frustrating, not just for those of us who want justice for Cristal, but especially for her family who deserves answers. I know the authorities have their reasons for keeping things under wraps, but it's hard to believe that after all this time there's no clear leads or suspects being talked about publicly.
It makes me wonder about the impact this has on the community of Las Vegas, NM, too. When you live in a small area and something this tragic happens without resolution, it must create an atmosphere of fear and uncertainty. You're left questioning if the perpetrator is still among you. I genuinely hope for the sake of Cristal’s loved ones, and the other victim involved, that there’s progress happening behind the scenes and that some justice will be served soon. ❤️
