Hey everyone,
I've been following Shea Maurice Lee Maisel's case for a while now, and something that's been really weighing on my mind is the impact this unsolved tragedy must have on his kids, Ilysma and Aviano. Being left without a father at such a young age must be incredibly difficult. It’s already challenging growing up in today's world, and experiencing such a profound loss would make it even harder.
I keep wondering what kind of outreach or support systems might be in place for them and Blanca. Are there any local or community organizations in Las Cruces that provide support for families affected by gun violence? It's devastating to think they have to navigate life without Shea while also dealing with the uncertainty of the unsolved nature of his case.
If anyone has information on resources that could potentially help them or ways the community can come together to support them, it would be a great addition to our discussion. Let's keep their situation in our thoughts and hope for some kind of justice or resolution for Shea's family.
Warm regards,

Hey everyone,
I've been following Shea's case and something that keeps sticking out to me is how tight-knit the Las Cruces community is supposed to be. From what I've heard, it's a place where people know their neighbors and look out for one another. So, it puzzles me that there's been no movement or leads. I wonder if anyone in the community might have seen something or knows something but is hesitant to speak up. Maybe there are lingering fears or concerns about coming forward?
My heart truly goes out to Blanca and the kids. It must be incredibly tough trying to find some semblance of normalcy when justice feels so far out of reach. If anyone from Las Cruces is here, has there been any local effort to reignite interest in the case? Sometimes community rallies or memorial events can jog memories or encourage people to share vital information, even anonymously. It just seems so important to keep Shea’s memory alive and push for answers.
Sending strength and hope to Shea’s family and friends. Let's keep discussing and speculating so that his case doesn't fade away.
Thanks for letting me share my thoughts. Stay safe, everyone!
