Does anyone else here find the circumstances of Rosa Sanchez's identification process eerily troubling? I mean, initially, she couldn't pick Sean Ellis out of the photo array, which should have been a big red flag, but after being taken outside by detectives Acerra and Robinson, she suddenly points the finger at him. It's terrifying to think about how much pressure and influence can be exerted in those situations. It's important to question how reliable this kind of testimony can be, especially when someone's life hangs in the balance. I truly feel for both the Kirk and Brown families and also the Mulligan family—they deserve justice without these lingering doubts. What's everyone's take on how witness identifications are handled in high-stakes cases like this? They must be done with the utmost care, or else justice isn't truly served.
