Hey everyone, I've been following Gregory Barta's case from Holyoke, Massachusetts, and something that's been on my mind is the community response—or rather, the lack thereof. It's really concerning that despite Gregory's life being cut short in such a tragic manner, there seems to be very little community action or pressure to push for more information or answers regarding his case. I get it, sometimes people feel disconnected or unsure about what they can do, but public advocacy can make a significant difference in cases like this. It could mean the difference between a cold case and getting some resolution for his family. Has there been any local effort to organize vigils or community meetings to raise awareness or urge action on Gregory's case? If not, maybe it's time we start that conversation. His family and friends deserve answers, and we can all play a small part in making sure his case isn't forgotten. Thoughts? Stay safe, everyone.
