Has anyone else been thinking about the role social media played in the investigation of Bryce’s case? It's amazing how the Haverhill community came together online to keep the story alive and support each other through such a difficult time. I read that many people were actively sharing updates and encouraging anyone with information to come forward.
Thinking about his family during all this; it must have been incredibly tough to see Bryce’s name everywhere while searching for justice, but also it might have been comforting to see so many strangers standing with them. It’s reminders like these that show how tight-knit communities can be, especially during tough times.
I’m really curious about how much of an impact these online platforms have in investigations like this and what others think about whether they help or hinder the process. Thoughts?
I’ve been thinking a lot about how Bryce Finn's murder affected our community in Haverhill. It's still hard to wrap my head around the idea that someone so young and full of potential was taken in such a devastating way. I remember when news broke about the case finally moving forward in 2018, with those arrests happening. Even though it took a year, it felt like a small beam of hope during such a dark time.
The part that sticks with me the most is how Bryce’s friends described him—always quick to smile and lend a hand when someone needed it. It’s surreal to imagine such violence reaching someone described as almost the embodiment of kindness.
Kudos to the Essex District Attorney's office and everyone who tirelessly worked to bring those perpetrators to justice. The guilty plea by Kenneth Pitts is a big step, but I can't help but think about the pain Bryce’s family has endured waiting for these answers. I genuinely hope they find some peace now, knowing justice is being served.
Please continue to hold his family in your thoughts. No one should have to experience such a profound loss, especially in a way that everyone saw as so senseless. Let's keep Bryce's memory alive through kindness and community solidarity.
