I’ve been reading through some old articles and noticed something interesting about Thomas Crowley’s case. It seems like there's been very little media coverage since he was first reported missing. Usually, especially with distinctive tattoos like his, you’d expect at least a bit more attention or public awareness. I'm curious if anyone has any insights on why this might be? Was there ever any local campaign or effort to raise awareness that just didn't make its way into national news? It feels like the community might have tried something, but I haven't been able to find much on it. Wondering if anyone here from Elizabethton might remember or know more about any efforts that were made back then.
