Hey everyone. I’ve been following the case of James "Manny" Wade and his son in Framingham, and I just can’t get over how tragic their story is. Something I find really troubling is the history of Aneudy Delgado-Torres and how he was even out of jail at the time of these murders. It’s infuriating that someone with his extensive criminal record—including time in prison for a very serious crime—was able to walk free and ultimately was involved in something as horrific as this. I can’t imagine the pain Manny’s family is going through, knowing that this could potentially have been prevented. It makes me think about how the justice system handles offenders with such criminal backgrounds. There seems to be a real need for a closer examination of how these cases are managed, particularly in relation to community safety. How can communities like Framingham feel safe when there are known criminals with histories like Delgado-Torres walking their streets? It’s evident this case has shaken not just the victim's families, but the entire community. Knowing that a stray bullet nearly harmed a small child just drives home the reality that this violence affects everyone in the vicinity. It leaves me wondering if more could be done to monitor and restrict the movements of those with serious criminal records to prevent tragedies like this. Thoughts and prayers to the Wade family. This never should have happened.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the tragic loss of Manny Wade and his son. It's so difficult to comprehend how such senseless violence could erupt so suddenly in a residential area. I've been following this case closely, and I keep thinking about that bullet that went through the apartment door. Knowing there was a young child on the other side, safe by what can only be called a stroke of luck, sends shivers down my spine. The fact that the parking lot was known for drug transactions makes me wonder how these issues can be tackled more effectively. It's terrifying to think of the danger that residents, just trying to go about their lives, are exposed to. I truly hope this tragedy sparks some serious conversations among community leaders about addressing safety and support for those who live in high-risk areas. To everyone who knew the Wades, I'm so sorry for your loss. It's clear they were deeply cared for, and the community will miss their presence. It just shouldn't be like this. Let's hope some good can come from all this pain, and changes are made to prevent something like this from ever happening again.

It's really tough to wrap my head around how someone like Delgado-Torres was even walking the streets. I can't imagine what Manny and young James's family must be going through right now. To lose two loved ones in such a violent, senseless manner is completely devastating. With Delgado-Torres’s significant criminal background, especially serving 15 years for such a serious offense, I find it unacceptable that he was out and able to do this. It raises big questions about the justice system and the processes for monitoring individuals with such past records. Why wasn’t there a closer watch on him, especially with an outstanding case already hanging over his head? I truly hope that this case prompts some serious reflection and change for how these things are handled, so nothing like this happens to another family. Feeling so deeply for all of Manny's and his son’s friends and family members—may they find some peace and justice.
