I’ve been following Leland Johnson’s case and find it so puzzling how someone can just vanish without a trace, especially in a place as open as the Niland Desert. Has anyone looked into whether there might have been any military exercises going on around the time of his disappearance? I know he was near that airstrip in the bombing range. Maybe it’s worth considering if he could have accidentally stumbled into a prohibited area or if someone might have seen something unusual on that day. It feels like there are so many unanswered questions, and any bit of information could potentially lead somewhere. Thoughts on where else the search should focus?
