Hi everyone, I've been reading through the threads about Erik Navarrete Campos, and something that's striking me is how quiet the whole case seems to be publicly. I've been following a lot of true crime cases over the years, and it's unusual to see so little detail coming out from law enforcement or the media, especially as time goes on. Given that we know very little about suspects or what might have led to Erik's tragic death, I'm wondering if there might be community efforts to keep attention on the case? Sometimes families set up memorials or events each year to both remember their loved ones and ensure the case isn't forgotten. If anyone from Hermiston or nearby has information on any such events or ways we, as a wider community, can support Erik's family, it would be great to hear about it. Keeping these cases visible can sometimes bring out new witnesses or jog forgotten memories. Sending thoughts to Erik's family and friends—I hope they get the answers they deserve. Stay safe, everyone.

Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Erik Navarrete Campos in Hermiston, Oregon, and although there's so much unknown, something that's been lingering on my mind is the impact this tragedy must have had on the local community. From what I've gathered, Hermiston isn't that large of a city, and I bet this incident was a huge shock to everyone there. Has anyone heard if there have been more community meetings or events in Hermiston to address public safety or support Erik's family? Sometimes, when a community faces such a loss, it can bring people together in amazing ways. I can't help but think that Erik’s friends and family deserve not only our sympathy but real answers and solutions to prevent something like this from happening again. Any locals here who can share how the community has been coping and rallying around each other? Would love to hear more about any positive initiatives that might have sprung up in response to this awful event. Sending my thoughts to Erik's loved ones during this difficult time.
