Has anyone else been thinking about how Karissa’s life seemed to be headed in such a positive direction before this tragedy? It's just so unfair. From working multiple jobs to furthering her education at Western Oregon University, she was undoubtedly striving for a better future for herself and little Billy. It's clear she was a dedicated mom, trying her best to provide despite the challenges she faced, like the child support dispute. It’s hard not to imagine what might have been if she hadn’t crossed paths with someone like Wolfe. It's frustrating to think of the systemic failures that might have contributed to this tragedy. How did it get to the point of such a horrific end despite legal orders in place? My heart truly goes out to Karissa’s family, who must grapple with this immense loss every day. What does everyone else think could have been done differently to protect them?

I've been thinking a lot about the community's response to the disappearance of Karissa and Billy Fretwell. It never ceases to amaze me how people come together in times of tragedy. The efforts from the local community in Yamhill and beyond were truly inspiring. From organizing search parties to providing vital tips to law enforcement, the support was overwhelming. What strikes me most is how many people from all walks of life dedicated their time and energy. It's a testament to Karissa and Billy's impact on the people around them. I've seen countless stories about small acts of kindness Karissa showed others, and it's clear she touched a lot of lives. I can only imagine the strength it must have taken for her family to stand up and speak in court. It must have been so difficult, yet they displayed such bravery. I hope they find some comfort in knowing that so many people hold Karissa and Billy in their hearts. My thoughts are with them all. ?
