Hey everyone, I've been following Krystal Bailey's case for a while now and something I can't stop thinking about is the crash site. Brook Road in Plainfield is not exactly a bustling area, especially late at night. I'm curious if anyone knows more about visibility around that spot. Was it particularly dark or difficult to navigate, especially if someone was trying to flee in a hurry? I wonder if that might contribute to her decision, in a panic, to head toward the dangerous river. Anyone local with insights on the conditions there? It's so sad knowing her family is still without answers, and I can't imagine the fear and chaos of that night. Thoughts?
I've been digging into Krystal Bailey's disappearance and something that's been bothering me is the weather conditions on the night she went missing. We know it was February in Vermont, so it's safe to assume it was cold, but does anyone have more detailed info about the weather that exact night? A river in late winter would be frigid, and I've been wondering if hypothermia could have set in quickly, affecting her chances of getting to safety. I've read that people underestimate how quickly cold water can incapacitate. Maybe this could explain a lack of response when people were searching not far from the accident scene soon after. Anyone familiar with how search operations are impacted by those conditions?
Hey everyone, I've been following Krystal Bailey's case quite closely, and something I've been thinking about is the lack of significant leads or evidence outside of what was found in the river. It’s curious how no concrete sightings or tips have emerged, even after all this time. You'd think with social media being what it is, someone might've seen or heard something more conclusive by now.
Also, I keep wondering about that purse they found downstream. It seems so out of place that only her purse was located and nothing else. Could there have been something in it that was important enough for Krystal to hold onto it before it ended up in the river? Or maybe it got snagged on something and that’s why it was found a bit further down? Thoughts? Anyone familiar with the area have any insights into how the river currents might carry belongings in that region?
