Just read the latest update on Joshua Newell's case, and it's so unsettling. I can’t imagine what his family is going through right now, having to wait for every little piece of news. I’m curious about how the Portland Police were able to narrow down the suspect that they arrested after the chase. It seems like they must have had some strong leads that weren’t shared publicly. This whole case just makes me think about the silent efforts of the officers working behind the scenes. We often focus on the arrests and trials, but there are so many steps and people involved in getting to that point. I hope they continue to keep the family in the loop and provide some sense of closure as things move forward. If anyone has more insights or local updates, I’d love to hear about them. Let's keep sharing what we can for Joshua and his loved ones.
