I was reading a local Portland news outlet, and I came across a piece on Dominick Luster's tragic case. It struck a chord with me because it seems like Dominick was a victim of the broader rise in gun violence that plagued the city in 2021. It's so troubling to see another young life lost without any answers or justice for their loved ones. It makes you wonder if the surge in similar cases is making it harder for detectives to resolve anything. I'm really hoping the police can catch a break in Dominick's case and bring some closure to his family and friends. It's such a cruel reality that this case is still unsolved, and all we can do is hope that someone comes forward with information that can finally point detectives in the right direction. I’ve been thinking a lot about Dominick Luster’s case, especially how frustrating it must be for his loved ones not having any answers. It’s just awful to think about how many open questions are out there still. Does anyone else find it odd that there hasn't been any mention of witnesses, given it happened not too far from a public park? People are usually around, even late. I keep wondering if maybe someone saw something but is just scared to come forward. It’s sad and frustrating. I really hope the police are staying active on this case and doing all they can to find justice for Dominick. His family deserves some peace, knowing who did this and why.
