Hi everyone, I’ve been following the case of Rey “Kevin” Arras-Rios, and I’m struck by how quiet things have been regarding suspects or arrests. I keep wondering if there might be witnesses who haven't felt safe coming forward yet. It's so unsettling to think that someone might know something but feels too afraid to say anything. Is there some way the community can help create a safe space for people to come forward?
