Has anyone else noticed how little information there is about indigenous plants or local vegetation in areas Jorge Mejia could have wandered off to? I remember reading that sometimes people with disorientation can gravitate toward natural areas because they're familiar or comforting. Since Mejia went missing around Chatsworth Lake Manor, I wonder if there are any clues or indicators in those areas that search teams might be missing? There’s such a diverse landscape there, maybe something specific about the environment could be relevant? Just a thought for those out looking. It's been so long, but every little detail could matter in tracking where he might have gone.
It's been over five years since Jorge Mejia vanished from the Chatsworth area in California. I recently read about his case and couldn't help but think about the lack of tangible leads. Given his condition, I wonder if he might have tried to seek out a familiar place from his past, perhaps somewhere he lived or visited often before moving into the board and care facility. Has anyone checked places he used to frequent or areas where he might have been more comfortable? It seems like exploring these spots might be a good idea, especially if they hold any sentimental value for him. If anyone on here has connections in that area or remembers seeing neighborhood flyers from back then, perhaps they could offer some insight or get in touch with local community groups. Just hoping any small detail could help bring some answers.
