I’ve been following the Rudy Magaña case for some time, and something that always sticks with me is how many potential witnesses there might have been. The area around Holderby Road isn’t exactly secluded, especially around 10:30 p.m. when people are still coming home or getting ready for the night. I wonder if anyone saw something that seemed insignificant at the time but could be crucial to the investigation. It's devastating for those close to Rudy that there hasn’t been any movement forward. For the community, it must be tough to live with the knowledge that whoever did this is still out there. I hope anyone with even the smallest piece of information will come forward, because every little bit helps. Sometimes, cases break because of the most unexpected detail. My thoughts go out to Rudy’s family and friends – staying strong for Rudy’s sake is something I can only imagine takes an immense amount of courage.
