Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking about something that I just can't shake when it comes to Amy Buckingham’s case. Have any of you considered the role that community support—or lack thereof—plays when a crime like this occurs in a small town? Tunnelton isn’t a big place, and I wonder how the town’s close-knit nature both helped and hindered the investigation and trial. In smaller communities, everyone seems to know each other, which can mean there's a lot of support for the victim's family, but it can also lead to complications, like rumors or biased perceptions about the case. Did this closeness in Tunnelton make it easier for Amy’s family to gather support and witnesses, or did it create obstacles because people were reluctant to come forward against someone they might have known? I'm really hoping that as awful as this situation is, the community found a way to come together to support Amy's family and honor her memory. What are your thoughts? Warm regards to Amy’s loved ones.
