Has anyone else been closely following the testimony related to Michael Kennedy's mental state during the interviews? I find it really unsettling how he tried to claim that his confessions were influenced by intoxication and coercion. From everything I've read, Trooper Pierson's account in court seemed consistent and credible, describing Kennedy as tired but not confused. It’s quite concerning that Kennedy tried to use his state of mind as a defense, especially after admitting to the shootings. My heart truly goes out to Jessica and Jeremy's family—enduring this kind of legal wrangling on top of their unimaginable loss must be so painful. It’ll be interesting to see how this plays into the outcome of the trial and how the court ultimately judges the validity of those interviews. Thoughts?
