Silly as it may sound, Matthew and I were best friends in preschool. We haven't had contact since childhood, and I left my hometown of Tampa back in 2011. I just found out about Matthew being missing and decided to look into what information is available. It seems extremely limited. Does anyone know where there are any reports available to read?

If you are looking for more information my advice is to call the agency that is handling his case: 8132763200 or visit their website: https://www.tampagov.net/police

I've been following Matthew Gibson's case for a while now and something that caught my eye was the detail about his teeth. I'm curious if it could potentially be a meaningful lead. Given his dental situation, it's possible he might have sought dental care somewhere after his disappearance. Has anyone checked with local dental offices around Tampa to see if he showed up asking for assistance? Dental records could be a powerful tool for identification if he did seek treatment either in the area or elsewhere. It's such a unique characteristic that could make a significant difference in locating him or at least finding out where he might have been. If anyone has information on the efforts made to track this down, it would be great to hear about it. Keeping hope alive for his family's sake and hoping for a breakthrough soon.
So I've been going down the rabbit hole on Matthew Gibson's case, and something that stands out to me is how little digital footprint he left behind. In this day and age, we're practically glued to our phones and social media accounts. It's puzzling that there's no mention of any social media activity leading up to his disappearance. Did he suddenly decide to go off the grid, or was it something else entirely? It seems odd that someone with a seemingly normal life would suddenly disappear without leaving behind some kind of electronic trace. Has anyone else here noticed a pattern like this in other missing persons cases? Maybe his online presence, or lack thereof, could be a piece of the puzzle we’re missing. Thoughts?
