It's been some time since Timothy Pahl's tragic death, but I recently found myself reflecting on the impressive work done by law enforcement to bring his killers to justice. It isn't every day that you see such effective collaboration across state lines. Their swift action not only apprehended the suspects quickly after the murder, but it also prevented the case from growing cold. Having read more about the efforts in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, it's clear that there was excellent coordination between multiple agencies. I can't help but feel grateful for these officers who worked tirelessly to ensure that those responsible for this awful crime were held accountable. It must have given some comfort, however small, to Pahl's family knowing that justice was pursued so diligently. I hope Timothy's family and friends find peace in the fact that his story didn’t fall through the cracks and that justice showed up when it mattered most. It's vital we continue to support all law enforcement agencies committed to seeing justice served, especially for victims and families affected by such senseless acts of violence.
