Has anyone else been thinking about the potential impact the crime scene reconstruction might have on Arnel Stutler's claim? It's such a pivotal part of the investigation. Given the complexity of self-defense cases, I wonder how the physical evidence will be interpreted by forensic experts and presented during the trial. It's one thing for Stutler to claim self-defense, but it needs to line up with the evidence collected. I can't imagine the weight that Phillip Boggs' family must be carrying as they await clarity and justice. My heart goes out to them during such a difficult wait. Anyone have thoughts on how often self-defense claims hold up when tested against crime scene reconstructions?
