Has anyone looked into the possibility that Gai might have gotten lost or disoriented after leaving Walmart? I know it seems straightforward, but unfamiliar places can be overwhelming. Considering he was from China and had no connections in Kenner, I wonder if he could've wandered off in the wrong direction, even accidentally. Also, any chance we've explored whether someone might have offered him a ride but things went south? Sometimes good intentions can lead to risky situations when you're in a new place. It's so odd that he just vanished after what was supposed to be a quick supply run. I hope more locals can chime in if they remember seeing him around the area that day.
