I've been thinking a lot about the bravery of Dawn Austin during that horrible incident. It's difficult to imagine the trauma she must have endured, not only witnessing John Bernard Henderson's tragic death but also being targeted herself. It takes immense courage to face such a situation and then to stand strong during the trial that followed. My thoughts go out to her, as well as John's family and friends. It can't be easy to move forward after something like this. I'm hoping Dawn has a strong support system around her as she heals from this ordeal. Has anyone heard how she’s doing now?
