I've been following German Castro-Cosigua's case since it first came to light, and it's so puzzling that after all these years, we still know so little. Something I've been wondering is how much involvement local McAllen community groups have had in his case. I know sometimes neighborhood watch groups or local outreach initiatives can uncover valuable info, but we haven’t heard much about their role here, if any. Have any locals on here noticed any posters or community events centered around finding German? It might be a long shot, but sometimes grassroots efforts can make a difference when official investigations hit a wall. Moreover, I keep thinking that increased community action could spark more media interest, which is sorely lacking. Anyone from McAllen or nearby areas willing to share their perspective?
I’ve been digging into German Castro-Cosigua’s case, and something's been bothering me. Why hasn't there been more media coverage? I understand McAllen isn’t the biggest city, but it seems like there should have been at least some local news interest when he first went missing. From what I’ve gathered, it’s like he just vanished into thin air, and with little media attention, it’s tough to get people talking or remembering anything suspicious from that time. I’m all for the crowdsourced tools, but we need to find a way to draw more attention to his case in the press too. Community awareness can make such a difference! Anyone have ideas on how to boost media interest?
Has anyone else noticed how little media attention German Castro-Cosigua's case has received? It's baffling to me, especially considering the gaps in information that could be critical in finding him. I stumbled upon his NAMUS profile while researching similar cases, and it's frustrating to see so few details available to the public. It makes me wonder if there are any local community efforts that are being overlooked or not communicated widely. Maybe there's an opportunity to amplify his story through social media campaigns to gather new leads. Does anyone know if there's been any recent grassroots initiatives or outreach in the McAllen area? Every bit of awareness helps!
