I can't stop thinking about how this tragedy could have been avoided with better safety measures in place. It's such a sad turn of events that a beloved community member like David Green, who's clearly remembered so fondly by his family and friends, had his life cut short due to a split-second mistake. Has anyone here from the Twilight area seen any recent changes or conversations about hunting safety practices since the incident? It feels like there needs to be a push for greater awareness to prevent such heartbreaking (I can't think of another word) accidents. Communities shouldn't have to learn the hard way before taking action. My thoughts are with David's family; it's difficult even to imagine what they're going through. Safety in the woods must be prioritized so we can honor his memory and possibly save others in the future.
