Has anyone else been thinking about how Kirk's incident might affect local hunting regulations? Given that this happened right in the community, I'm curious if the Iowa DNR or local authorities have considered revising the safety guidelines or educational programs for hunters. It's just so deeply saddening to think about what Kathleen must be going through; returning to that same farm and the memories attached to it. If anything, perhaps this tragedy can spark some change and prevent similar accidents in the future, providing some measure of peace to those affected. Anyone heard if there’s any movement on this front?
