I'm thinking about Thurmon Tervale Cole's family today. It's got to be such a painful time for them, especially since details about why this happened are still unclear. I keep wondering if there's a deeper story we're missing here. What kind of evidence did they have against Cornelius Davis to charge him, especially so soon after the incident? If they moved that quickly, it makes me think there must be something pretty solid. I can't imagine how tough it is for Thurmon’s friends and loved ones not knowing more about what went down or why. They're left with questions and so little closure. If anyone has more insight on how these investigations unfold, especially in Iowa, it'd be interesting to hear. Hoping for some peace and justice for Thurmon and his family soon.
