It's so difficult to wrap my head around the pain Tyson's family must be feeling. I can't even imagine what his mother is going through, having found him like that and now facing such a complex legal process involving her sons. It’s a tragic situation all around. The legal aspect of Craig’s competency just adds another layer of frustration and uncertainty. I understand the necessity of ensuring a fair trial, but at the same time, it must be unbelievably hard for the family to have to wait so long for justice or even just a sense of closure. Does anyone have any insight on how long these competency evaluations usually take or what the typical process is for restoring competency in cases like Craig’s? It seems like the case has been stalled for so long, and I wonder what the chances are of it actually moving forward anytime soon.
