Hey everyone, I've been following the Mason Hunt case closely, and something that's been on my mind is the courage Mason showed that day. It's just devastating to think about how he willingly returned home when he found out his housemates were in danger. His actions speak volumes about his character and the kind of person he was. It seems he was always ready to stand up and protect others, which is not surprising given his background with the Marines. I've seen quite a few stories shared by people who knew him, reflecting on how much Mason loved spending time outdoors with his dog, Bear. You could tell he had such a zest for life and a real connection with the people and environment around him. It saddens me so much that someone who served our country and lived life with such passion could be taken in this way, especially over something as senseless as a botched robbery for drugs. Does anyone here know if any local organizations are doing something to honor his legacy? It'd be comforting to see the community come together to remember someone who gave so much to those around him.
