Living just a few towns over from Heber City, the news of Zaydanielys's passing strikes a chord with everyone in the region. I can't stop thinking about her dad, Danny Rodriguez, and the shock and pain he must have felt receiving that call from his son. It’s unimaginable. So many community members are rallying in support, trying to help ease some of the burden for their family. I noticed there's a GoFundMe page set up, and I encourage anyone who can help to consider contributing. It's moments like these that make us realize just how fragile life is and how important it is to support each other, even if it’s just in small ways. Zaydanielys’s family deserves all the love and support right now as they navigate this unimaginable tragedy. Sending all my prayers to them.
