Has anyone else been following the discussions around workplace safety since the tragic shooting at the Connecticut State Lottery back in '98? I came across something interesting about how Michael T. Logan and his colleagues were working in what should’ve been a secure and safe environment. It’s devastating to think about how unexpected it was for their families, especially with Michael leaving behind his wife and children. It makes you wonder if there were warning signs or steps that could have been taken differently. I heard that legal actions were taken by the victims' families, which shows just how important it is to address and manage tensions in the workplace before they escalate.
