I’ve been following Katie Rose Fusco Pladl's case, and I can't stop thinking about the trauma her adoptive mother, Kelly, must be living through. I've been following this case closely, and it's such a gut-wrenching tragedy on so many levels. One thing that really stands out to me is the impact on Katie's adoptive family, particularly her mother, Kelly. I can't even begin to imagine the pain Kelly must feel, not only losing her husband, Anthony, and her daughter, Katie, but also grappling with the circumstances surrounding their deaths. The betrayal of Steven's actions must add an unbearable layer to her grief. I wonder how she's coping now and if she's been able to find any support or community to help deal with such a complex and devastating loss. Sending all my thoughts and prayers to her and everyone else touched by this unimaginable tragedy.
