Has anyone else been following the social media aspect of the Kenneth D. Whitaker case? It’s so chilling how members of the Goonie Boss/Goonie Gang reportedly used platforms to boast about their activities and intimidate potential witnesses. ? Social media can be such a double-edged sword in cases like this. On one hand, it provides a trail of evidence that can be vital to investigations, but on the other, it becomes a tool for spreading fear and showcasing violence. It must have been terrifying for the community and those close to Kenneth to see these brazen acts online. I am hoping that law enforcement continues to find effective ways to monitor and use these platforms to help prevent such tragedies. Also, it's crucial to support initiatives that help redirect youth from getting involved in gangs in the first place. My heart goes out to Kenneth’s family and everyone else affected by this horrific crime.
