Has anyone noticed that Raymond Ortiz's tattoos could potentially be a focal point in his case? I mean, tattoos are pretty personal and unique, right? The ones he had, especially with initials "R" and the name “Ray” on his arm, along with the rose and “Hughes” on his back, seem significant. Do we know if these hold any major personal connections that could be clues? It's just something I've been pondering...
Sometimes individuals are identified by such distinctive marks, and it's possible they might have relevance to where he was last seen or who he might have been with. I find it curious there hasn't been more emphasis on this. Could reaching out to tattoo artists in the area be a potential lead? Just trying to brainstorm fresh angles to help his family find some answers. Thoughts?
