Has anyone looked into whether Rodney's case was connected to the gang violence during that time or if it might have been a random act? The environment in 2016 was chaotic, especially with so many young lives being taken. It's so deeply upsetting for Rodney's family and friends to worry about his life being swept under the rug in the grand scheme of Chicago's violence that year. Did the police make any statements linking his death to any particular group or situation? I hope his loved ones find the answers they deserve. Keeping them in my thoughts.

Has anyone read the reports about the witnesses in Rodney Orr’s case? I’ve been following the threads and noticed there hasn’t been much focus on this aspect. From what I understand, there were a few people in the area when the shooting happened. It must have been terrifying for them. I can't imagine how difficult it must be to witness something so traumatic and then have to come forward to provide statements. Their bravery is commendable, but I hope they’re getting the support they need. It's tragic how these incidents leave such a widespread ripple effect on everyone involved. Rodney was deeply loved, and I hope justice can be served not only for him but for his community that continues to suffer from these senseless acts.
