Has anyone else been following this tragic case of Manuel Rodriguez in Hartford? I can't stop thinking about the poor woman who was with him during the whole ordeal. It must be incredibly traumatic to go through such a terrifying experience and then lose someone right next to you. Even though her injuries weren't life-threatening, I imagine the emotional scars could be significant. I sincerely hope she has a strong support system around her and access to the help she needs to heal. Does anyone know if there's any way we, as a community, can assist or show our support for her and Manuel's family? It's so upsetting when senseless violence affects innocent people, and I feel compelled to do whatever I can to help, no matter how small.
