I wonder if anyone has looked into Rupert's connections on the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation thoroughly. It's mentioned that he has ties there, but it seems like verifying his presence or absence in that area could be crucial. I know sometimes family and friends are hesitant to come forward if they think the person might just be lying low, but it would be great if more people in that community could be encouraged to provide information, even if it seems insignificant. Sometimes just a small detail can open up new avenues for investigation. Has anyone heard more about how locals are responding or if there have been any organized efforts to reach out to the Northern Cheyenne community for tips?
