Has anyone else seen the footage from Annette Aragon’s documentary "10-71 Shooting Aftermath"? I watched it last night and was absolutely touched by the raw emotion and honesty it portrayed. It does an incredible job of showing the silent suffering families go through when the news cameras stop rolling. It made me think about the ongoing battles many families face long after losing a loved one to senseless violence. The part where Annette shares bits of Israel's life and character brings his story to life in such a personal way. I could really feel the love and joy Israel shared with those around him, and it hits hard to see how deeply missed he is. My heart truly goes out to their family. Has this documentary changed anyone else's perspective on how communities and families are affected after such tragedies? Would love to hear your thoughts.
