It's so hard to wrap my head around the tragedy that struck the Ritter family. I've been reading about this case, and I keep thinking about the community left picking up the pieces. Judy and David seemed like pillars of their community, always involved and giving back. It's devastating that Jonathan didn't reach out for help before things escalated to this point. Mental health can be such a silent struggle, and I just wish there were more resources or signs that could've helped prevent this outcome. My heart goes out to everyone who knew them. It's a loss that will be felt for a long time, I’m sure.
