I’ve been reading up on the Ritter tragedy, and I can’t stop thinking about the impact this must have on their extended family and friends. It's just so difficult to wrap my head around how no one saw any warning signs. Especially considering that both David and Jonathan worked at the same company, you'd think coworkers might have picked up on any stress or changes in behavior. It's a reminder of how much we truly don’t know what others are going through beneath the surface. How is the company handling the aftermath? I’m hoping they’re providing support for the employees who lost not just colleagues, but friends. My heart goes out to everyone affected by this loss.
