Wow, just came across the case of Charles Jones from back in 2016, and it really got to me. We often hear about these incidents, but it's important to remember that they deeply impact real lives. I’m curious if anyone else has thoughts on the community impact when something like this happens? Must have been such a tense time in Jonesboro after his death and the arrest that followed. Anyone from the area who can share how the town coped with uncertainty or how folks were supporting each other? I can't imagine how tough it must have been for Charles’s loved ones and the friends of the other victim. How do communities usually react and come together in times like these? Sending thoughts to everyone affected by this from afar.
