Can we take a moment to think about the strength and determination of Brandon Parker? Even after being shot, he managed to drive himself and Randy Miller to a family member’s home. That’s incredible courage and presence of mind right there. It truly shows the kind of person he was — always thinking of others, even in his dire moment. My heart goes out to his family, because losing someone is painful enough, but to know he fought so hard, only to still lose him, that’s just unimaginable. ? I found it so moving that the community came together for his funeral at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Such support is so vital in times of grief. It seems like he touched many lives and will be greatly missed. I can't help but wish peace and healing for his loved ones. Also, on a side note, I hope there is justice for Brandon. It’s unsettling to think this could happen in our community, and I hope the truth prevails in the upcoming trials.
