Hey everyone, I've been following the Stephen Basham case and something recently got me thinking... I find it quite disturbing that there was a significant age difference between the two suspects, Workman and Martin. Workman was 46 and quite seasoned in terms of criminal history, whereas Martin was 39. Does anyone else feel like she could have been manipulated or coerced into participating in this horrific event? It’s not an excuse for her involvement by any means, but trying to understand her motivations has been on my mind. Knowing that families often struggle to make sense of such tragedies, I can only imagine how this weighs heavily on the victims' loved ones. It's unsettling to think about how easily individuals can fall into a spiral of criminal activity under the influence of others. Hoping for more answers and perhaps some justice and peace for those affected. Thoughts?
